creating knowledge | solving problems
through research, scholarly, & creative activity
McNair Scholars develop a grant proposal for an original project, write a full-length manuscript, and present their work to a multidisciplinary audience. They can be awarded more than $5,000 for on-campus housing and meals; a stipend of $2,800; tuition remission for a 4-credit-hour, 400-level course; and funding for research supplies during an 8-week summer internship that takes place after their junior year of coursework.
McNair Scholars and Faculty Mentors can find detailed information on our Google Classroom site.
